Terms & Conditions
1) This Multi Sports & Eco Adventure Park is being developed by L Kube sports & Projects Pvt Ltd.
2) All Payments have to be made through RTGS/ Online Transfer?Cheque/D.D in favour of L Kube Sports & Projects Pvt Ltd Payment at Hyderabad.
3) Amount Once paid will not be Refunded
4) All the transactions with respect to L Kube Sports & Projects Pvt Ltd are Subject to Jurisdiction of court in Hyderabad only.
5) You are requested to Provide 2 passport size photos ,Aadhar Card and Date of Birth certificate/ School/ College ID to issue an ID and Access card into the Adventure Park / Country wide treks/ Camps.
Member shall get
6) Family Membership Cards shall be issued
7) They are entitled for one day and night a family trip to the Adventure Camp Activities once in 2 months absolutely free.
8) The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application & cancel the membership without assigning any reasons or prior notice.
9) The company also reserves the right or amend the terms and conditions as and when required.
10) The company will not be responsible/liable for any loss or delay caused by the act of nature, government’s legislating or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company.
11) All Cheques / DD’s should be drawn in favour of” L KUBE SPORTS AND PROJECTS PVT LTD “payable at Hyderabad.

DISCLAIMER -
To be given by parent if the member is below 18 years of Age or Given by the member him/her self if above 18 years of age.
1) I the undersigned do hereby acknowledge and agree and assign as follows
2) I understand that participating in training voluntarily, participating and consented to my own risk and peril involved during training of the sport or activity.
3) I affirm that I am in good physical health and have read the difficulty in training and I am confident of my ability to take part in the said activity.
4) Rules and regulations have been adopted for the fulfilment of the member and agree to adhere
to those regulations and all other rules mentioned.
5) Participation in the Adventure activity including travelling in vehicles, trekking, hiking, climbing, camping and all other activities conducted can result in injury or accidents. Exposure to the natural elements like Altitude sickness, cold wind, rain, difficult terrain, fatigue, exhaustion, sun- burn, dehydration, heat exhaustion and heat stroke can be uncomfortable or harmful or cause injury.
6) I hereby gave permission to L Kube Sports & Projects Pvt Ltd and its staff/Organizers to Secure medical. Treatment for me in the event of an emergency. I authorize the physician or medical partitioner.
7) Misconduct of any kind is considered serious and will not be tolerated by L Kube Sports and Projects
8) There will be no drinking of any alcoholic beverage in the premises of the club or while participating in any sporting activities.
I confirm that I am 18 yrs of age or older and under no legal constraint or impediments and I acknowledge and by signing this agreement, I or the minor/ward on whose behalf I sign for will be bound to its terms. My signature below indicates that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that I have read unenforceable in any jurisdiction that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this agreement.
